Attendees should book, modify, or cancel their hotel accommodations through their Registration (instead of contacting the hotel) before the deadline above. Starting March 11, 2026, any changes will need to be made directly with the hotel instead of via Registration.
Group rate rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early booking to secure your reservation at the discounted rate.

Recommended Arrival & Departure Date

It is recommended that non-exhibitor attendees arrive on the afternoon/evening of Thursday, March 26, 2026. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and conference registration and badge pickup will be available from 4:00 – 7:00 PM that evening. Attendees must wear their badges throughout the event, including during sessions and social hours. Registered attendees are invited to join us for the welcome party beginning at 6:30 PM that evening.

Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive for setup on Thursday, March 26, 2026, between 1:00 – 7:00 PM. Please note that foyer booth sponsors will have access for setup only from 1:00 – 4:00 PM or after 7:00 PM.

We recommend checking out on Sunday, March 29, 2026. Standard hotel checkout time is 11:00 AM. Guests who wish to request a later checkout should speak with the Front Desk upon arrival; late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The hotel also offers luggage storage services, allowing guests to securely store bags before check-in or after check-out.

On Sunday, March 29, 2026, the conference will conclude with breakfast served from 8:00 - 9:00 AM and sessions held from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

When is the deadline to book?

The deadline is Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Can I contact the hotel or change my reservation before the deadline?

No. Attendees should not contact the hotel until after March 10. After this date, changes must be made directly with the hotel starting March 11th, 2026.

When should I arrive for the conference?

We recommend arriving on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Attendee check-in at registration is from 4:00 -7:00 PM.

When should exhibitors arrive for setup?

Exhibitors may set up on Thursday, March 26, between 1:00 – 7:00 PM.

Note: Foyer booth sponsors can only set up 1:00 – 4:00 PM or after 7:00 PM.

When is the recommended checkout?

The conference will conclude on Sunday, March 29, beginning with breakfast served from 8:00 - 9:00 AM, and sessions held from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Can I request a late checkout?

Yes. Requests should be made at the Front Desk upon arrival. Late checkout is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Does the hotel offer luggage storage?

Yes. The Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina provides luggage storage through their bell desk for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out. The staff will hold bags, typically at no extra charge, while you wait for your room or explore. Tipping the bell staff is customary.

When are the conference sessions on Sunday?

The conference will conclude with sessions held from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, including breakfast.

Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?

Yes, a limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate for guests who wish to arrive before Thursday, March 26, 2026, or stay after Sunday, March 29, 2026. These rooms are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional nights may be booked during registration, if available. If they are no longer available, guests may contact the hotel directly after March 3, 2026, to check for openings.

I didn't receive my registration confirmation email, what should I do?

To resend your confirmation email, please reach out via our contact page.

When will my card be charged for payment?

Most hotels do not charge a first night’s room and tax as a deposit. However, hotels will hold credit cards for guarantee, with the possibility of charging the first night’s room rate and tax as a deposit. The hotel will charge each guest the first night’s room rate and tax as a deposit as early as March 10, 2026. The remaining balance will be charged after your stay. When booking your hotel, check the hotel information for the hotel's guarantee policy.

How do I pay for my room?

Through Passkey you will be able to reserve your room and enter in your credit card information. The hotel requires all guests to secure their room and incidentals with a credit card.

What is the events hotel cancellation policy?

Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night's room and tax by the hotel.

Can I keep my hotel reservation if I cancel my registration?

No. Hotel room block reservations are only available to registered attendees with an active, paid ticket.

If you cancel your registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. You will be prompted to do so during the cancellation process. If your hotel reservation is not canceled, NTL Events reserves the right to cancel it on your behalf.

Please review your hotel's cancellation deadline to avoid any fees.
